5 fast ways to lose weight in summer

Thinking about summer time? Are you reluctant to go to beaches and avoid wearing summer clothing; just because of your body shape. Don't worry, here are some good alternatives in order to slim down for your beach outfit, without spending several hours at the gym and cutting down your meals.

1. Eat 5 meals daily: Don't think that starving is the easiest way to have the perfect body shape. However, you have to eat 5 times daily. You need to eat three full meals and two snacks e.g. morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and one more time. This is to prevent your body going into starvation mode in which your body stores fat for energy.

2. Drink water: Water will help in removing toxin from your body plus it keeps your body hydrated. It is recommended that you drink around 8 to 10 glasses of water every day. And avoid fizzy and carbonated drinks.

3. Avoid white wheat: Whole wheat contains more fibre than white cars. And fibre increases your digestion rate, curb your appetite and better intestinal health.

4. Exercise: If it's difficult to get yourself to exercise, try one little trick. Find the most energetic and catchy music tracks that you can find.

5. Breakfast is the most important meal: Some people think that avoiding breakfast will help lower the calories. However, it is not good for your health as skipping breakfast lowers the metabolism rate and blood sugar level.
